Warranty Period:

a. For items priced below $200 before tax: The warranty period is 14 days from the date of sale. During this period, customers are entitled to get full coverage of hardware and software services.

b. For items priced over $200 before tax: customers are entitled to get full coverage hardware and software service within 14 days, plus the warranty period is one year from the date of sale. This warranty includes free labor for repairs, excluding the cost of replacement parts and software services.

Return Policy:

a. Return Period: Customers may return the laptop or desktop within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that our warranty stickers are undamaged and attached to the product.

b. Full Refund for Cash Payment: Cash payments are eligible for a full refund, except in cases where specific conditions are stated or apply.

c. Fee Deduction for Credit/Debit Card Payments: For credit and debit card payments, a fee deduction will be applied as follows: 5% for AMEX, 4% for VISA and MasterCard, and 2% for Debit Card. The deducted amount will be subtracted from the total refund.

d.Fee Deduction for PayPal payments: The customer will receive a refund of the item amount, with a transaction fee deduction of 3%(Paypal transaction fee). Please note that if we have already covered the shipping costs, a shipping fee may be applied for deduction.

Please note that the product must be in its original condition and accompanied by all original accessories and packaging for the return to be eligible.

Exchange Policy:

Customers may request a free exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Service and Parts Warranty Policy:

a. Hard Drive Upgrade: Covered for 30 days. Brand-new SSDs may be eligible for a manufacturer warranty, which is separate from the store's warranty.
b. Preloaded OS: The store provides the operating system but does not cover activation. The store is not responsible for customer data.
c. RAM Upgrades: Covered for 30 days.
d. Repair Services: All repair services are covered for 30 days. No refund is available for repair services.
e. Parts Warranty: All parts are sold with a 30-day warranty.

"A" = Excellent, no major cosmetic defects, functioning 100%

"B+" = Good, some minor scratches, wears, and cosmetic defects but functioning 100%

"B" = moderate, major scratch, dent, minor crack, LCD bad pixels but functioning 100%
